Who we are

This policy covers autofyedge.com.au, operated by Autofy Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN: 42 694 148 117), trading as AUTOFYEDGE ("we", "us", "our"). We're bound by the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and this policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact form - name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
• Maturity scan / quiz report - first name, last name, position, company name, and email address, plus your quiz answers.
• Book a Consultation - name, work email, company name, your message, and your selected date and time.

We don't currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy before we do.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, email you the report or resources you requested, schedule and prepare for a consultation, and - only where you haven't opted out - send occasional relevant updates about our services. We don't use it for any other purpose, and we don't sell it.

How we use AI

Our free maturity snapshot and quiz report are generated automatically: your answers are scored by an algorithm against the framework you selected, without a person reviewing your individual result before it's emailed to you. This is a self-assessment for your own reference - it doesn't make any decision about you, and no automated system on this site makes a legal or similarly significant decision affecting you. If you go on to engage us for a paid Evidence & Automation Sprint, a qualified person reviews and validates findings before anything is finalised. We're preparing for the Privacy Act's automated decision-making transparency requirements ahead of their commencement on 10 December 2026.

How we store and protect it

Submissions are handled and stored securely by us. We don't currently share your information with any external customer relationship management (CRM) or email delivery platform. If we engage a third-party service to help manage enquiries in the future, we'll only use providers that agree to protect your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, and we'll update this policy to reflect it.

We don't currently disclose personal information to recipients outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes described above - generally no more than 24 months from your last contact with us - unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we're required by law to keep it longer.

Access, correction, and opting out

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from updates at any time - just email info@autofyedge.com.au. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you believe we've mishandled your personal information or breached the Australian Privacy Principles, contact us first at info@autofyedge.com.au so we can investigate and respond. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
